Do you offer a pricing discount for larger orders for Weddings, Coporate Gifts, Etc.?

Yes we do offer discounts on larger orders. Please contact us and we can discuss your needs.

Can a Custom Logo or Design be engraved on your products?

Yes we do custom designs and logos all the time. Please reach out to us and we can discuss what you would like done.

What is the best file format to send you?

Images that are high resolution will work fine. Images like .jpg, .pdf, or .png as long as they are high resolution.  The best files would be vector files like .ai, .eps, .svg.

How long does it take to recieve my product?

Your item will be ready to ship in 5-10 days, plus the additional time for the shipping companys. We will try our best to have it done sooner and most of the time we will.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

You will need to take pictures right away and email us at sales@curvycreek.com.  Once we receive your emailed pictures we will be in contact with you to discuss the next step.  All cases are handled on a per case bases.
